- Greeting with welcome placard at the Users drop-off zone
- Provide baggage assistance and express check-in assistance(subject to individual airline policy)
- Escort through dedicated immigration fast track channel and security check
- Escort to Plaza Premium Lounge (include 3-hours use) and wait for boarding
- Escort to the boarding gate or terminal entrance, where applicable
